Agreement to Terms
By booking a service through our website or paying via our Stripe checkout, you agree to these terms and our service agreement. Please read them carefully.
Services
Sunshine Pumpkins LLC provides seasonal pumpkin display design, delivery, and installation services in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. All packages include one-time delivery and installation at the address you provide.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Full payment is collected at the time of booking through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Prices include delivery and installation. Add-on services are priced separately.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation more than 14 days before your scheduled installation: full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellation 7–14 days before installation: 50% refund.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before installation: no refund.
- One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 72 hours before your install date. Additional reschedules incur a $50 fee.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Natural Product Acknowledgment
Pumpkins are perishable, natural agricultural products. By booking our service, you acknowledge that:
- We cannot guarantee how long pumpkins will last after installation. In Florida's climate, displays typically look their best for 3–5 weeks on a covered porch.
- Pumpkins may attract insects, develop mold, or attract wildlife. This is natural and is not considered a defect in our service.
- Heat, direct sunlight, and rain will accelerate decomposition.
- If significant rot occurs within 7 days of installation under normal conditions, we will replace up to 3 affected pumpkins at no charge as a one-time courtesy.
Surface Damage Waiver
PUMPKINS CAN AND DO STAIN CONCRETE, WOOD, PAINTED SURFACES, AND OTHER PORCH MATERIALS. By booking our service, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We include a porch protection mat with every package to help mitigate staining, but we cannot guarantee complete prevention. Sunshine Pumpkins LLC is not liable for any surface staining, discoloration, or moisture damage caused by pumpkins, hay, gourds, cornstalks, or related materials.
Property Access
By booking, you grant Sunshine Pumpkins LLC and its authorized contractors permission to access your property at the address provided for the purpose of installing (and, if applicable, removing) your pumpkin display. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access.
Weather & Theft
We are not responsible for damage to displays caused by storms, wind, flooding, extreme heat, or any other weather events. We are not responsible for stolen, vandalized, or tampered displays after installation. Replacement pumpkins may be available for purchase, subject to inventory.
Photo Release
By default, we may photograph the exterior of your completed installation for use in our marketing materials (website, social media, print). No photos will include people or interior views of your property without separate consent. You may opt out of this photo release by notifying us in writing at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
Sunshine Pumpkins LLC's total liability for any claim related to our service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your package. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your service.
